Plain English, because nobody should need a lawyer to buy a Santa video.
What you are buying
A personalised video message from Santa, created from the details you provide, for up to four children in one video. The first child is £20 ($20 / €20) and each additional child £5 ($5 / €5), paid once via Stripe. No subscription, no recurring charges.
Delivery
Videos are created on demand and your private watch link is normally ready within minutes, and always within an hour. The link is also emailed to the address you provide. The link works for 30 days; download the video in that time to keep it.
Your content
You confirm you are an adult with the right to share the details you submit, and that they do not contain anything abusive, hateful, or unlawful. We review orders and will decline and refund any we cannot responsibly turn into a children's video.
What Santa will and will not say
Santa speaks warmly about the wishes you share but never promises that a specific gift will arrive. Every child is on the Nice List. We may lightly adapt wording so the message stays kind, natural, and age-appropriate.
Refunds
If we cannot produce your video, we refund you in full. If something in the video is wrong (a mispronounced name, a wrong detail), contact us within 14 days and we will remake it or refund you. Because each video is personalised to your child, we do not otherwise offer returns once a correct video is delivered.
Use of the video
The video is yours for personal, family use: download it, share it with relatives, keep it forever. It may not be resold or used commercially.
The small print
We aim for the magic to work every time, but our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Santa Wrote is an independent service and is not affiliated with any other Santa or Christmas brand.
