Santa Wrote started with a simple annoyance: the big Santa video services all felt the same. The same message with a name dropped in, a pronunciation picker instead of just saying the name properly, and a subscription you forgot to cancel in January.

We think the magic is in the details only your family knows. The dog called Biscuit. The swimming badge. The slightly suspicious number of times the LEGO castle has been mentioned since September. So every message from our Santa is written fresh from what you tell us, for one child, once.

We are a small team in the UK, and we have deliberately kept this simple: one video, one price, £20. No account to create, no subscription, no premium tier that makes the normal tier feel shabby. You tell Santa about your child, and within the hour you are watching their face while he talks about their year.

The other thing we are strict about is your family's privacy. The details you share are used to make your video and for nothing else, and everything, video included, is deleted 30 days after delivery. Download it, keep it, play it every Christmas. We would rather earn next year's order than keep this year's data.
