The short version: we use what you share to make one video, we delete it after 30 days, and we never sell it.
What we collect
To make your video we collect what you type into the order form: your child's first name and the details you choose to share (age, wishes, likes, family and pet names, a proud moment), plus your email address for delivery and payment. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never see them.
What we use it for
One thing: making and delivering your video. The details you share are used to write and record your child's message and for nothing else. We do not sell data, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
The video and all of the order details are deleted 30 days after delivery. Download the video within that window to keep it. If an order fails, its details are deleted within 7 days. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply.
Who helps us make it
We use a small number of service providers to produce and deliver videos: Stripe for payments, trusted AI writing and voice services that process the order details to create the message, and our hosting and email providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Children
The order form is for parents and guardians. We only process a child's details because you, the adult placing the order, chose to share them, and we treat them with extra care: minimal collection, a single purpose, and short retention.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about your order, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted early. Use the contact page and include the email address you ordered with; we will act on it promptly.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout to process your payment securely.
