›How quickly will the video arrive?
Usually within a few minutes, and always within the hour, even on Christmas Eve. Videos are made on demand when you order, not batched overnight.
›Will Santa actually say my child's name?
Yes, out loud, whatever the name. There is no list of pre-approved names. If the name is often said wrong, the pronunciation box on the form tells Santa exactly how to say it.
›Is every video really unique?
Yes. The message is written fresh from what you tell us about your child: their list, their likes, their pets, their proud moment. No two children get the same message.
›Will Santa promise the presents my child asked for?
No, and that is deliberate. Santa talks warmly about the wishes you share, but Christmas morning stays in your hands. He says things like 'the elves are hard at work, you will have to wait and see', never 'you will get a bike'.
›How is the video made?
In Santa's workshop, by some very modern elves. Each message is written and recorded individually for your child, then checked by the head elf before it is sent. We are a small team and we see every order through.
›What happens to the details I share?
They are used to make your video and nothing else. No marketing lists, no sharing, no selling. The video and all of your answers are deleted 30 days after delivery, so download the video to keep it.
›Can I order for more than one child?
Yes, two ways. Santa can talk to up to four children in the same video: the first child is £20 and each extra child is £5, and every child gets their own moment with their own list and proud moment. Or, if you would rather each child has a private video of their own, simply place one order per child.
›Can I pay in dollars or euros?
Yes. Pick your currency on the order form: £20, $20 or €20 for the first child, and £5, $5 or €5 for each extra child in the same video.
›Can I download and share the video?
Yes. Your private link includes a download button, and the file is a normal video you can save, AirDrop, WhatsApp to grandparents, or cast to the television. The link itself expires after 30 days.
›What if something goes wrong or I am not happy?
If a video cannot be made or something in it is wrong, we will fix it or refund you in full. Message us through the contact page and a human will reply.
›What ages is this best for?
The sweet spot is roughly 2 to 9, when Santa is at his most real. Plenty of parents order for older children and for grown-ups as a keepsake; Santa does not judge.
